WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will experience a safe and brave space for honest conversations that allow us to unpack our identity and how it plays a role in manifestation, success and personal development.
The calls will be a blend of business and decolonization strategy as well as spiritual mentorship and ceremonial space holding as needed, rooted in my Indigenous ways of being.
This is a co-creative experience where you will show up and ask questions or listen and learn from your peers' questions. The course and masterclass (included) is where you'll receive the formal trainings, and the calls are where we apply it all and get personal.

She:kon (hello) my name is Emily, my pronouns are she/her and my ancestry is Mohawk on my father's side and European-settler on my mother's side.
Born and raised in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory (a First Nations reserve in Ontario, Canada) I now live with my husband in Tkaronto (Toronto) where I work at the intersection of decolonization and personal development.
After 3+ years as a life & success coach, and 10+ years navigating the personal development industry as an Indigenous woman, I've experienced some things in this industry that desperately need healing...and here we are!
What makes my medicine special is that I approach reconciling relationships with grace and compassion, as I understand and have lived both sides - the white (passing) privilege, and the Indigenous oppression and pain.

INDIGENOUS VOICES FOR DECOLONIZATION
It was important to me that I do this work as an Indigenous person.
We hear most often from Black or Brown anti-racism or decolonization leaders, and these perspectives are absolutely essential.
Personally, I know I have a lot to learn as a person with light skin, from those with more Melanated skin. AND...
We NEED Indigenous perspectives in this space.
When it comes to being colonized, Indigenous people know it all too well, as our whole way of being was disrupted and we were forced to assimilate into a society we did not ask for.
One that actively harms us and the land we hold as sacred.
The trauma of our abuse, genocide, land theft and cultural genocide lives in our bones and DNA.
We know oppression all too well.
But- we also know how to live according to laws of peace and oneness.
We carry ancestral wisdom that ALL OF US could benefit from when we learn how to embrace it and appreciate versus appropriate it.
That said, I recognize my privilege in being light-skinned and it is important to me that we learn from different perspectives and have as much representation as possible.
Therefore, we will have guest panelists who can offer perspectives from other lived experiences so that we get the most insight possible.
